Our organization was formed for Any and All Persons of mixed blood Native
American Indian Aboriginal descent who self-identify as Metis (mixed blood) with
good Hearts to come together as the Metis Lodge ™. Percentage of Indian Blood
is not considered. To read more, please see our Mission
Statement.
| We are not federally
recognized. If you seek free college educations, land allotments, or
federal stipends for being Native American, please apply to the
Nation of your heritage. We encourage you to follow all federal and
state laws. |
If you are of mixed blood Native American Indian Aboriginal Descent and
you seek to be a part of the Metis Lodge, the continuation of your Heritage, to
learn, to accept, to meet other People who share our unique heritage, to
remember the Traditional ways of love, laughter, tears, to work for the common
good; and you have a good heart, we await to welcome you Home. If you seek to
create problems, cause hardships, or wreak havoc, we wish you well on your path
elsewhere.
Our interest is in our Metis traditions, values, culture, history, and
collective life. We come together to form one Metis Nation to Welcome Our People
Home. If you are interested in joining us, please send an
e-mail
requesting an application. If you have additional questions, please feel
free to contact us.
