Need to Return a product?
To return a product to Metis Lodge, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise
Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our
service department at
service@metislodge.com,
or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without
an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your
return:
-Customer name
-Item name
-Nature of problem
In general, Metis Lodge accepts returns on merchandise from
select manufacturers within 30 days and a credit will be issued
toward one of the following:
- Future Product Purchases
- A full cash refund
Please note: Original shipping charges are not refunded on
returned items.
Customers are responsible for shipping charges to return
items to Metis Lodge, and Metis Lodge will pay the shipping
charges on the replacement or exchange item going back.
